The first ancestors made a early flamethrower in china
called the flame lance. What had happened was they took bamboo and cloth and
put it on fire and used it as a flamethrower. One of the latest weapons is
called a grenade launcher it is a type of firearm. It is able to blow through
walls and then explode. I will be talking about how this is effective compared
to the fire lance similarities and differences. They were both effective in battle.
The fire lance helped because they made close combat easier but it is also a projectile
weapon.grenade launcher the was a projectile weapon that was able to take out
rows upon rows of weapons like the fire lance when it was used as a projectile.
The difference was that the fire lance was a close combat also. When it shot
the fire there was also poison in the tube so it was more effective. It was
also disposable. The grenade launcher was not disposable it was able to reload
at will if you have ammo. The grenade launcher was made of metal and did not
use flames to fight. Now that is my beginning to my web quest. Thanks for

launcher was able to go through walls. The fire lance was able to be used for a
